This ongoing group provides support for beginners and all levels of experience, refreshing and sustaining your meditation practice and integrating mindfulness in daily life. Includes: Guided sitting, walking, mindful movement and loving-kindness meditation.
This is also an excellent follow-up to Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR).

This group also provides an opportunity to explore and share your own spiritual journey in a nurturing place that can serve as a touchstone amidst life’s stresses and for coming home to yourself. Includes: mindfulness meditation, yoga, qigong, sharing circles and other practices.
